Welcome to PlayReels. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PlayReels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PlayReels is a feed of instantly playable mini games and an AI game maker. Our service includes:

• A personalized, swipeable feed of mini games that play instantly
• An AI game maker that builds playable games from text prompts and optional reference images
• Posting the games you build into the public feed, and remixing games posted by others
• Likes, saves, comments, search, and discovery features
• Build credits earned on sign-in, daily, or by watching opt-in rewarded advertisements

3. Eligibility

PlayReels hosts user-generated content and user interaction and is intended for a teen and adult audience. The service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use it. By using PlayReels, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Guest Access

You can browse and play as an anonymous guest, with no sign-up required. To post games, keep your creations across devices, and receive daily build credits, you may create an account with email and password or sign in using Google (OAuth). You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

5. Ads and Build Credits

PlayReels is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including app-open ads and opt-in rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad may grant build credits used by the AI game maker. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may change or expire. All features are currently free, but we reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future.

6. User-Generated Content and AI-Generated Games

Games you build, prompts you write, images you upload, and comments you post are your responsibility. By posting a game to the feed you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and let other users play and remix it inside PlayReels. You keep any rights you hold in your prompts and uploads. You agree not to create, upload, or post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, or harassing
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any form
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
• Contains malicious code or attempts to exploit the game runtime
• Impersonates any person or entity, or is spam or deceptive

Prompts pass automated moderation before generation, and disallowed prompts are blocked. Every game in the feed can be reported in-app (share sheet > Report). Reported content is hidden pending review, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The PlayReels name, logo, app design, game runtime, and all related branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service itself except through the in-app remix features.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob: Advertising and rewarded ads
• Google Sign-In: Optional account authentication
• Cloud hosting & storage: Delivering games and storing uploads
• AI providers: Generating games from your prompts

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayReels is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated games are produced automatically and we do not guarantee that a build will succeed, behave as described, or remain available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayReels and its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from content generated or posted by users.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete account) or at playreels.app/delete-account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms. Your continued use of PlayReels after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
